The Supreme Court will on Thursday, October 26, deliver judgments in the appeals filed by Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi and the Labour Party (LP) against the September judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC).
The PEPC had in its September 6 judgment affirmed the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the last March 18, 2023 presidential election.
The apex court has already sent notices to parties in the matter to that effect.
